You are an active runner, cyclist, triathlete or into endurance sport and want to improve your results? You want to get into sports, sports, finish a 5km run, learn to road race or do a triathlon and want professional guidance and help?

Cams World is offering different levels of Coaching. This might be "the little guidance to get going" or a full training programme with weekly checks, meetings and test. Intensive correspondence and mentoring via email, telephone or skype. If needed Cam can go training with you or accompanies you to events.

Procedure:

  • 1. In a first meeting we analyze your level of fitness and state your goals
  • 2. Entry fitness assessment or test (look at Sport Testing)
  • 3. Developing a training programme according to all standards of sport science
  • 4. Get going, have fun and see some results

We recommend signing up for Coaching for a minimum of three month. This time is necessary to see results and make sensible changes and adjustments in the programme. Sports specific functional training and personal training sessions (see Personal Training) can be essential to complement your training programme. This is to build your muscles to prevent injuries and produce maximum power during exercise. We can put together a strength training programme for your Fitness Studio or to take home if required.
